Does your shipping charge cover tracking?

We offer a flat rate charge that includes tracking. Your tracking ID will be forwarded to you once your item has shipped. You can follow it's journey via www.royalmail.com

 Do prints arrive framed?

You can opt in or out for our framing service when adding each product to the cart.

 I have a frame, can you print to fit?

We can print ANY size, dimension or orientation you require. Simply reach out to us prior to placing your order & we will set up a custom listing tailored entirely to your needs.

 Do you offer custom work?

We will always find the time to offer you the opportunity to get creative and have your thoughts and ideas brought to life by our design team. We recommend you contact us direct, outlining your ideas, font/style preferences, size requirements and colour palette -- The more detail you can provide the better.

Payment must be made BEFORE we begin to create your bespoke art. We will send an initial electronic proof for your critique, & until we've nailed it & fulfilled your expectations, we will work tirelessly perfecting it before anything is printed & shipped. The length of the design process depends on you the customer & us meeting your vision so clarity & communication is key.
